Privacy at PixelDoor.

LAST UPDATED: MAY 7, 2026

This page explains what data we collect when you use pixeldoor.ai and who else handles it. Plain English, no legalese.

Who we are

PixelDoor is an AI software studio based in Oakland, California. Questions about anything on this page: hello@pixeldoor.ai.

What we collect

When you submit our contact form, we collect the name, email address, and project description you give us, plus the conversation transcript with our AI assistant if you used it.

When you book a call, we also collect the date and time you picked.

When you use the AI chat, your messages are sent to Anthropic in real time to generate responses. Messages live in your browser session and aren't stored on our servers.

We log IP addresses on every API request to enforce rate limits. These logs expire automatically.

Who else handles this data

We use third parties to run parts of the site. We don't sell your data, and we don't share it for advertising.

Cookies

We use one cookie: a signed cookie set after you submit the contact form to prevent rapid resubmissions for 10 minutes. It contains a timestamp and a signature, nothing else. We don't use cookies for tracking, advertising, or analytics.

Changes

If we update how we handle data, we'll update this page and bump the date at the top.
